Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Wanderomeda India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@wanderomeda.com.

Cancellations will be effective from the date and time we receive your written request.
2. Cancellation Charges

Domestic Travel Packages:

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the package cost.

15 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the package cost.

7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (no refund).

International Travel Packages:

More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the package cost.

30 to 60 days before departure: 30% of the package cost.

15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (no refund).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Service charges, transaction fees, and non-refundable deposits are not eligible for a refund.

Any refund amount will be calculated after deducting cancellation charges, as outlined above.
4. Special Conditions

Certain bookings, such as flights, cruises, or accommodations, may have specific cancellation terms imposed by the service provider. These terms will supersede Wanderomeda’s cancellation policy.

No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Promotional packages, discounts, and last-minute deals may have non-refundable terms.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), Wanderomeda reserves the right to:

Adjust cancellation policies as necessary.

Offer rescheduling or travel credits in lieu of refunds, depending on the situation.
6. Amendments and Rescheduling

Amendments to existing bookings are subject to availability and service provider approval.

Additional charges may apply for changes to travel dates, accommodations, or itineraries.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims arising out of payments or bookings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
